"The property is surrounded by nature, it is ancient and unique, the lady at the reception is professional, the service of the team is quick, the breakfast had varieties. However, the suite had issues in the bathroom, leakage below the sink and dirty water accumulation within the shower area. I believe they should upgrade their maintenance and cleanliss levels."

"We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very busy at the pool. If you plan to go swim after 11 am, you will not find a chair to sit. We had to reserve chairs at 7 am in the morning. We were in a sea view suite. It was a beautiful room. But, the lights is the bathroom did not work. We called the reception and they said they will send someone from maintenance to fix it. But, no one came."

The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The pool was crystal clear all the time. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I wanted to see and yet felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I travel a lot, but this hotel truly stood out. It felt more like a luxury experience than just a stay. I’m already planning my next visit next summer. Highly recommended without hesitation! "Comfy Apart Hotel is now my favourite place to stay in Lebanon. Everything was EXCELLENT. The property is very nice, the rooms are spacious, and many have a balcony as well. You have everything you need there - the AC works well, no issues with electricity, there is a gym downstairs. The staff are incredibly helpful and really tended to everything we needed during our stay. We loved it!! We will continue to stay here when we visit Beirut. "
